Welcome to the Vayza Heights Manali. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our hotel services and website. By booking a stay with us or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Reservation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
- A valid government-issued ID and credit/debit card are required at the time of check-in.
- Rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings where an error in pricing or availability has occurred.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment may be required at the time of booking for non-refundable rates.
- For flexible rates, a deposit or guarantee by credit card is required; remaining balance is payable at check-in or check-out.
- We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), UPI, and bank transfers.
- Any additional charges incurred during your stay (mini-bar, spa, etc.) must be settled before departure.
4. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM. Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests must present a valid ID and confirmation voucher at check-in.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests, and to comply with hotel policies.
- Any damage to hotel property caused by a guest will be charged to the guest's account.
- Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available.
- Pets are not allowed except for service animals (prior notification required).
6. Hotel Policies
- We maintain a strict no-refund policy for no-shows or early check-outs.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted in guest rooms or common areas.
- The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Use in-room safe for valuables.
- Children under 12 stay free when using existing bedding; extra mattresses or rollaway beds may incur charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Vayza Heights Manali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or stay at the hotel. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the guest for their stay.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
