Cancellation Policy

At the Vayza Heights Manali, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms carefully:

  • More than 15 days before check-in: Full refund of the total booking amount (excluding any processing fees).
  • 7 to 15 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund (100% cancellation charge).
  • Early check-out or no-show: No refund for the remaining nights.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@vayzaheightsmanali.com or by calling our reservation team.

Refund Policy

Once a cancellation is confirmed as per the above terms, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank account).
  • Processing time: 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
  • Any applicable bank charges or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g., Agoda, Booking.com), their respective cancellation and refund policies apply. Please contact them directly.

Modification Policy

If you wish to modify your booking (change dates, room type, etc.), we will do our best to accommodate:

  • Modifications are subject to availability and any difference in room rates.
  • Date changes made more than 7 days before arrival are free of charge.
  • Changes within 7 days of arrival may incur a fee equal to one night's stay.
